Hi, my name is Kate. I'd love to introduce you to our online fitness community - supporting each other to achieve our goals.

I believe that working out at home offers HUGE benefits – and have brought my 20+ years of experience together in to a collection of videos and live training sessions that can help you build strength, improve your mental health and get your body into the best shape it’s ever been! We know that starting your fitness journey (or for more advanced athletes) working with a new trainer can be daunting, so we’ve answered some common questions here.

How do I access workouts?

Once you’ve become a member, you’ll receive your login information and can access our library of videos. There, you’ll find HIIT, Cardio, Strength, Yoga and many other types of workout, that you can access on any device, at any time! From your front room to the beach (when we’re allowed), you can do these workouts anywhere, at anytime.

Will I need lots of equipment?

No! For most workouts, you will need no equipment at all. A workout mat is great for your comfort, but you can easily join in without. If you don’t have dumbbells when needed, alternatives will do, such as water bottles, or some tinned baked beans! If and when equipment is required, we’ll make it clear.

How much does AIM membership cost?

We have a few different options, depending on what’s right for you, which we have detailed here.

However, the best thing about our programme is that you can try it out for FREE. NO fee at all for your first 7 days – then you will join our membership community with all the added benefits. You can of course cancel at any time, we just don’t think you’ll want to 🙂

I am new to fitness. Will this work for me?

Of course! We have heaps of videos for all ages and abilities, and as your strength and fitness improve, you can move on to the next level. We also have variations so that you can adjust an exercise that may seem a little challenging to suit you.

As a level 4 qualified trainer, I am specially trained to work with injury rehabilitation , as well as pre and post pregnancy care, as well as complete beginners, all the way up to elite athletes. So you’re in safe hands, and members can message me to check in about any specific concerns.

I am an experienced athlete. Will this be enough of a challenge?

Yes!! We can push you to really feel the burn, however experienced you are. We have specific workouts to suit all levels, and as a level 4 qualified Personal Trainer, I know what’s safe and challenging for even the most experienced gym goers!

What if I'm not feeling in the mood?

It’s perfectly natural to have days when you just don’t feel like working out, however….you will feel so much better when you do!

My workouts are fun and high energy (where appropriate) and we also have a lovely community of members you can check in with to give you that extra boost.
